Do you hate your job?

Are you sick of the drive, crappy hours, boss drama, and the lack of appreciation or pay increases?

Well, you are not alone! In fact, you are part of a growing percentage according to polls.

CBSNews reported in January 2010, that even despite the economy and so many people being out of work, 45% of those with jobs are unhappy. Some speculate that it is due to the recession causing a generalized difficulty for a person to find suitable job, but statistics show that employee discontent has been rising steadily for over fifty years.

Other contributing factors include:

  • more people believe their jobs lack interest
  • inflation keeps going up, but wages remain the same
  • People are taking home less due to increasing costs of health insurance
increasing numbers of unhappy employees

Symptoms had been evident and it was a long time coming, but no one could quite prepare for the speed with which Valarie Stewart left the working world to go to that big entrepreneurial sea of promise.

No doubt she will be missed by many, as she was a hard worker when she first started out. Despite her symptoms of repression and automaton afflictions, she held close to the part of her entrepreneurial spirit that still remained untamed -  Never letting go of that glimpse of hope to get her through the torturous 8 hours of pain she suffered 4 to 5 days per week.

Valarie Stewart, a success and a lover of life

The CEO’s, COO’s, and DDS’ that oversaw her daily, painful treatments were sure they had her entrepreneurial spirit under control. Certain she was in remission and would return to the overworked and underpaid programs they had so cleverly prescribed, they failed to notice that one small spark of hope still lingering like a thorn in their controlling corporate sides.

Everyone close to her knew something was going on inside of Valarie- there was no stopping it -the thing was in her blood, spreading fast, soon to take over all of her skills, assets, and creativity that the CEO’s, COO’s, and DDS’ had come so ungratefully accustomed to.

Once the fury began, it didn’t take long. We will all recall that day she ran out into the streets shouting to the rooftops and to everyone she met, that she was free from the hive and making her own honey, that the dream was alive. There will be no way for the higher powers to capture and restrain her now. That part of life remains dead.

There will be those who loved her and understood her message. There will be those who sneer at her success. The one thing that everyone who witnessed that transformation over the years will agree on is that she is no longer suffering, she is in a better place, and she is finally, truly happy. To her success!
